My name is Shirley Talken. I began my career in criminal justice thirty years ago. I have worked in many areas to include, criminal background checks, criminal history reporting, fingerprinting, fingerprint identification and fingerprint instruction.
I am a Missouri POST certified instructor, teaching Criminal History Reporting, Fingerprinting and Fingerprint Identification to Missouri Law Enforcement Officers.
I am a member of the Missouri International Association for Identification which gives me the opportunity to stay current with new and future changes in fingerprinting and fingerprint identification.
Along with my 30 years of experience I am a 2001 graduate of Columbia College earning a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Administration.
